Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By using DiabloBuddy.ai you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. DiabloBuddy.ai is a fan-made platform not affiliated with Blizzard Entertainment.

2. Platform Description

DiabloBuddy.ai provides an AI companion, knowledge base, community trading, and forums for Diablo games. All content is for informational and entertainment purposes.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Scam, defraud, or deceive other users in trades
• Engage in real-money trading (RMT) of any kind
• Post spam, harassment, hate speech, or illegal content
• Impersonate other users or staff
• Use bots or automation to abuse the platform
• Share personal information of other users without consent
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt the platform

4. Trading Policy

All trading on DiabloBuddy.ai is strictly in-game currency only. Real-money trading (RMT) is a permanent ban offense with no appeal. Screenshots are required for all WTS listings. We are not responsible for trades that go wrong — trade at your own risk and use the reputation system.

5. User Content

You own content you create. By posting it, you grant DiabloBuddy.ai a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform. We may remove content that violates these terms without notice.

6. BuddyCoin (BC)

BuddyCoin (BC) is a platform currency with no real-money value. It cannot be exchanged for cash. It is earned through platform activity and may be used for platform features only. We reserve the right to adjust BC balances for abuse.

7. AI Disclaimer

DiabloBuddy AI can make mistakes. Do not rely solely on AI responses for critical in-game decisions. Always verify information against official sources. We are not responsible for losses resulting from AI inaccuracies.

8. Intellectual Property

Diablo®, Diablo II®, Diablo III®, Diablo IV®, and related marks are trademarks of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. DiabloBuddy.ai uses these names for identification purposes only under nominative fair use. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Blizzard.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend accounts for violations of these terms. Serious violations (scamming, RMT, hacking) result in permanent bans. Banned users may not create new accounts.

10. Limitation of Liability

DiabloBuddy.ai is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for lost items, failed trades, AI inaccuracies, or platform downtime. Use at your own risk.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be announced in the forums.
